Flea Market Hunting

The X-Men were one of the first superheroes my son got into. We watched all three movies way too many times. While he loves Wolverine and Magneto, he absolutely adore all of the female characters in the X-Men universe. Finally we found a Jean Grey figure released by Toy Biz in 1996.

As I've mentioned before, my son and I love the Batman universe. For action figures collectors and addicts like us, way too many Batman figures have been released through the years. Funny enough, a friend of mine actually sells stuff at the flea market. He has the coolest of the vintage Fisher Price and Kenner stuff. This time we bought a couple of Star Wars figures from him (more on that tomorrow) and he gave my son a wicked looking 1999 Robin figure. I have no idea what is the name of that Robin.

I should be ashamed of myself as I was a Psylocke fan back in the days.

He's was so proud of telling me that he found Dark Phoenix!
