M.A.S.K. returns in G.I.Joe

Isaac received a package!

A few months ago, I saw on the very cool Stunt Zombie blog a post about an awesome action figure I didn't even know existed. A G.I.Joe version of Matt Trakker... yes Trakker from the famous M.A.S.K. toyline of the 1980s!

This figure looked amazing! Isaac and I are huge M.A.S.K. fans and my little man is slowly getting into Joes. We needed this one.

Soon enough I received an email from Chris Mapp, owner of Stunt Zombie, offering to send it to us! Wow!!!! Gotta love the toy collector community!

And we got it! An amazing figure with superb details. Released in 2008 (where was I?!) Specialist Matt Trakker will be joining forces with the G.I. JOE Team, the Mobile Armored Strike Kommand (M.A.S.K.) team battles V.E.N.O.M. (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem), the unit COBRA formed to construct its own converting vehicles. SPECIALIST TRAKKER uses his next-gen technological devices to preserve peace throughout the world and stop the corrupt forces that are using the same technology to amass power in a quest to control the world.

Thank you Chris!!

A co-worker send me a link of some amazing custom G.I. JOE M.A.S.K. figures! Here's a quick preview but check them all out here!

We've helped Jboy once with an action figure of Gillman that Isaac found at the flea market.

We are proud to be part of this awesome community!!

  2. I'm glad to see Trakker is getting to take part in even more adventures.

Those custom MASK figures at the link you posted are amazing. I need to figure out how to get in touch with that Bad Sociologist guy. I might have a little job for him.

  4. Wouldn't it be great if Hasbro released toys not to keep trademarks and copyrights in-tact but because they thought fans, collectors and kids would like to buy and play with them? What a world that would be...!
