A few weeks ago while we were playing with our Marvel action figures, I decided to take them all in photos and by themes. Little did I know that this would take more time then expected but also being cooler then I though.
The first batch I took in photo was Iron Man.
As you see on the far right is my original Secret Wars Iron Man, which I owned as a kid. It is cooler then any Iron Man figures released recently. We also own a newer Armorded version of Iron Man but Isaac rarely plays with it. Our Mandarin doesn't have the classic look but he's bad ass. We got Whiplash back when he was impossible to find around here and Crimson Dynamo was one of the very first figure we got when we started the blog.
Announced yesterday was the upcoming Lego Marvel video game! I've been hoping for such game to come out.
Disney is teaming with TT and Lego to take a page from the studio’s partnership with Warner Bros.
“We’re very excited to bring a myriad of classic Marvel characters to life in LEGO form for some fun, family-friendly gameplay in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes,” boasts TT Games’ managing director Tom Stone, “If you’re a fan of Spider-man, the Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy or scores of other Marvel characters, this is the game for you.”
The game will be out in the fall for Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, and even the original Nintendo DS (which will be celebrating its ninth year on shelves when the game ships.) The press release announcing the game also says that it’ll pit the heroes against Loki and Galactus, reprising the plots of pretty much every Marvel crossover game ever. The game will feature over 100 characters.
