In the new animated TV series, the Rat King used to be Victor Falco. He is the telepathic Commander of the Rat Army. Cold-blooded and deceitful, formerly known as Dr. Falco, The Rat King is determined to rid the city of humanity and claim it for his rat brothers

While it is still a cool character, I prefer the 1980s version. As for the action figure, Isaac loves it. There some kind of Undertaker vibes to him.
