Saturday Movie
Isaac and myself love movies. Now every Saturday we will quickly talk about a movie we recently watched. Hope you enjoy and share in your views with us.
Enter the Dragon
Bruce Lee plays a martial-arts expert determined to help capture the narcotics dealer whose gang was responsible for the death of his sister. Lee enters a kung fu competition in an attempt to fight his way to the dealer's headquarters with the help of some friends.
The classic martial-arts film that inspired so many others. Still today, Lee's work in still amazing. The cast also features John Saxon, Jim Kelly and Bolo Yeung.
Director: Robert Clouse
Running time: 110 minutes
Released: 1973
I watched this again over the summer as I hadn't watched it for at least 6 or 7 years. This is such an awesome movie with great fight scenes. The choreography and the hard hitting nature of the combat still looks great. I love the premise of this film. It's such a simple story and it works so well. Bruce Lee is incredible in this film. So talented!
ReplyDeleteYes it is a great film that has surprisingly aged very well.
