Toxic Crusaders
Toxic Crusaders was an animated series based on The Toxic Avenger films. It features Toxie, the lead character of the films leading a trio of misfit superheroes who combat pollution.
The coolest thing about it was the toy line. Created by Playmates, we got some very fun and colourful characters. Here's most of our collection (its missing our Toxie and his motorcycle).

DeleteThese never show up in my second-hand searches, although I did once find an armless Toxie. I was SO disappointed!
