Release in 1988 as part of the very first series, this is one of the original bad guys. Rocksteady is a street thug who is mutated into an anthropomorphic rhinoceros. He is loyal to Shredder and is usually paired with Bebop. Its a cool figure that has rather aged well.
Bebop and Rocksteady are always fun additions to a collection.
