So we found two great 2006 Lego Batman sets online. The Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze's Invasion (#7783) and The Batboat: Hunt for Killer Croc (#7780).
The Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze's Invasion is hard to find and extremely expensive. It it much bigger then the version released last year. #7783 has 1071 pieces and 7 minifigures. It is the only way to own Alfred.
The Batboat: Hunt for Killer Croc has 2 minifigures and 188 pieces. We already owned the Batboat but was missing Killer Croc whom they haven't re-release so we had to get it.
Both sets were complete, in perfect condition and at an amazing low price!
Batman, Robin, Alfred, Bruce Wayne, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, a Henchman and then there are of course 3 lego brick builds for penguins. There are three different vehicles in this set. A small Penguin submarine, Robin's Jet Ski and a Batblade.
This set is HUGE! There are lots of sections including a computer room, bat signal, elevator, sewer entrance, mechanic shop and more. Now we need to find a way to connect this Batcave with the 2012 version to create one even BIGGER Batcave!
Lego have not re-release Killer Croc so we had to get this set... especially at the price it was. Killer Croc looks great. A superbly detailed minifigure and one of our new favourite. His jetboat is simply but still cool.
As extras, the sellers gave us Two-Face and another Penguin!
My eyes would cross trying to put that stuff together.
