We love Thundercats and with the new series out we decided to get the original figures. So far we found a few but one we really wanted was Grune the Destroyer... and we found it!
Part of the second series released in 1986, this is a bad ass figure. It originally came with a spike mace and knuckleduster. Using your forefinger, push down the battle-matic action lever on the back to move both of Grune’s arms up and down.
Also I wanted to mention today's post on the great Revenge from the Comic Ark blog, where JboyPacman posted an image of the Burger King Gill-man we found for him at the local flea market a few weeks ago. Isaac and I knew that he was missing this one to complete his collection so when Isaac found it, he looked at me and said: "This one is for JBoy!"
One of the coolest thing about our blog is that through it we met some great fellow collectors who are just as passionate as us. :)
That is so cool that you did that for a fellow collector! It is good to see nice people in the world. If ya ever visit mexico come on down to Monster Cafe Saltillo for a free beer! Free coke for the kid of course. Thankfully I have the whole Burger King set. With coffins and all assorted goodies. Love em!
