We got this very cool Marvel robot action figure released in 2009 but sadly I am not familiar with who it is. Its a neat action figure but Isaac and I would love to know exactly who it is! Anyone can help? Thanks!

Isaac will be really happy to know who it is now! And it was dark and late at night when I posted this... hence why I might have read "2009" instead of "1999" written so small under his feet!
Ultron... one of the best villains in the Marvel Universe in my opinion.
