The next Star Wars Force Battlers we got was General Grevious. A cool action figure that came with four lightsabers!

Star Wars Force Battlers

Released in 2005 by Hasbro was the Star Wars Force Battlers action figure collection.

They have an anime look and feel. At 7 inch tall, they are a little taller than the Playskool Jedi Force but still works great with them.

The first one we got was Obi-Wan Kenobi.

WrestleMania

Today is WrestleMania 31! This is the biggest wrestling event of the year. This will be the first WM that Isaac will see live. We’ll be seeing it at the cinema, on the giant screen! Here’s my predictions:

WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns
Reigns wins the title but then loose it to Rollins who use his Money in the Bank.

Sting vs. Triple H
Sting wins.

John Cena vs. United States Champion Rusev
Cena wins.

The Undertaker vs. Bray Wyatt
Wyatt wins.

Orton wins.

Seven-Man Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Title
Daniel Bryan wins.

Cesaro and Tyson Kidd keep the titles.

The Andre the Giant Battle Royal
Sheamus comes back and wins.

WWE Elite Collection Defining Moments Hulk Hogan

We finally got Mattel's WWE Elite Collection Defining Moments Hulk Hogan action figure!

This was our most wanted action figure of the past months. It was impossible to find in stores around here so I ordered it online.

What an amazing action figure it is! Love the sculpt, details and paint. It looks exactly like the Hulkster. It is fully articulated and comes with a removable t-shirt, bandana, necklace and WWF World Title.

Watcha gonna do brother!!!

Darth Vader is probably the best looking of the Star Wars Playskool Jedi Force collection. The cape, his mask and body suit are awesome! We also own Anakin.

Yoda is one of the coolest figurine from Star Wars Playskool Jedi Force collection. We also own Luke Skywalker.

Yes their hands aren't proportionals but that way they can hold their lightsabers (that we still own) much easier.

Next was Chewbacca and Han Solo. Two other very cool Star Wars Playskool Jedi Force action figures. Chewie is a favourite of mine.

We had to make some room in our condo, so time to pack some toys we don't play anymore but still want to keep. Don't worry, they are going in the locker room in the basement.

It was also a time of rediscovering some of our collection.

Five years ago, Isaac loved those Star Wars Playskool Jedi Force action figures. A great collection. The first two he ever got was R2-D2 and C3-PO.

Love the details and paint on these two. They are the perfect action figures for younger kids. Back then Isaac just turned three.

Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes Ronan

What a great statue!!!! This is Ronan from the Guardians of the Galaxy. It is one of the best looking Disney Infinity 2.0 statue they did. Love the sculpt, paint and details.

Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes Green Goblin

We got the Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes Green Goblin statue. He looks very cool but sadly he doesn't have his glider in the game… supposedly Disney forgot to have it with the character. Hope this gets corrected soon.

Lego Batman The Penguin Face off

Here's the Lego Batman The Penguin Face off set that Isaac got sometimes ago. Its a simple but cool little set of 138 bricks. Scuba Batman is cool and we now own yet another Penguin. The duck boat is very well made.

Lego Green Lantern vs. Sinestro

What a great set! Lego Green Lantern vs. Sinestro has 174 bricks and comes with three mini figurines; Green Lantern, Space Batman and Sinestro. All three looks great! We are extremely happy to finally own Green Lantern. Sinestro is now one of our favourite.

The spaceship is ok but a little too much like the one they made for The Avengers. Overall this is a set worth getting for the minifigures.

The Alien Trooper is another very cool one. His shape of his face is very nice, nice paint and a huge gun.

“Cower before the might of our extremely advanced space armada!”

Slithering forth from the Toflacrev Abyss in deepest uncharted space, the Alien Troopers have waited in cryogenic stasis for many long eons. Newly awakened by the explosion of a nearby sun, they have emerged from their silent slumber and resumed their ancient mission to rebuild the cosmos in their own pulsating, tentacled image.

But the galaxies have moved on during the thousands of years that the Alien Troopers have slept, and by now their technology has become woefully outdated. Who even uses a digital laser blaster these days? And so they face defeat on world after world, their hive-minds unable to comprehend why everybody keeps giggling at the approach of their slow, clunky rocket-ships.

The Evil Wizard is simply amazing! Just look at him! The paint is wicked cool, love his face and the cape is impressive. Love it!

“You will never escape my giant crab monsters! Wait, how did you escape my giant crab monsters?”

The Evil Wizard dwells at the top of an impossibly tall tower on the highest, most unscalable peak of a forbidden black mountain. There, he spends the stormy, moonless nights plotting wicked plots and preparing deadly magical traps for any heroes who would dare attempt to thwart his schemes.

But much to his constant surprise and outrage, the heroes somehow always manage to survive his creatures, catacombs and enchanted pitfalls, reaching the top of the tower and ruining his plans. And no matter how many times he waves his sorcerous staff and rants that he’ll get them the next time, things just never seem to go his way. Sorry, Evil Wizard, but that’s what happens when you’re the villain of the story!

The Goblin is another must own minifigure from the new series. He looks great, love his devilish face.

“Oops, did you step on something? Hee hee hee!”

The Goblin is a mischievous little imp of the forest. He scampers through the shadows and hides out in rocky caves and hollow trees, snatching up bugs and birds’ eggs for his supper…and wherever he goes, he’s always giggling to himself about all of the tricks that he’s going to play.

Have you ever been building something and thought that a brick was missing, only to discover it later sitting right there on the table? That was the Goblin’s doing. Inside his magical bag, he keeps all of the pieces that people think they’ve misplaced, and he loves to leave them just where you don’t expect to find them – like under your feet!

The Classic King is by far the best looking King minifigure ever produced by Lego. The paint it great. He has a beard, crown, cape and sword.

“We may be small now, but one day we shall be a legend!”

The Classic King’s kingdom is just getting started. He doesn’t have much land or treasure yet, or even his own little village to rule, but he’s already recruited fourteen brave and loyal knights, and by working together they have constructed a fine golden castle. It has battlements and a flag and a drawbridge and everything!

Creating a brand-new kingdom isn’t easy, but the Classic King is full of big ideas. He imagines that one day, the world will be full of castles and fortresses and inns and forests. There may even be horses for his knights to ride…though for right now, they’ll have to build their own!

The Snake Charmer is a cool minifigure. The snake is surprisingly cool and in a softer plastic.

“Remember, I’m a trained professional!”

The Snake Charmer is a real reptile expert. He likes lizards, adores alligators, and he’s crazy about crocodiles, but what he really loves are snakes. He takes excellent care of his cobra, making sure that she’s always kept at the correct temperature and fed the right foods, and in return she helps him to entertain audiences with their celebrated snake-charming act.

All he has to do is play a tune on his pungi flute, and his cobra slithers, sways, and dances to the melody. It may look risky, but the Snake Charmer has had lots of practice, and he’s very careful. He isn’t completely fearless, though – he hasn’t yet worked up the nerve to ask Medusa out on a date!

Guitar Hero & Rock Band

Finally gave in and got most of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band video games for our PS3. We've already owned them on Nintendo Wii but we rarely play with this console anymore.

Can't wait for the new Rock Band 4 on PS4 later this year.

Lego Minecraft The First Night

Lego Minecraft The First Night set (#21113) has 408 bricks.

This set is great even though it is wrongly named (we've never been able to build all of this for our first night in the actual Minecraft video game). Steve has built a nice shelter including a bed, oven and chest. He also owns a wooden sword in case of an attack… from the Creeper!

There is a pig wandering around the house. Steve is ready for his first night.

Lego Minecraft The Cave set (#21113) has 249 bricks.

Another very cool set. This time Steve is going underground to find some vital resources. The pickaxe will come handy but he must pay attention to the possible dangers around… a zombie and a spider and ready to attack. There's also the lava, which is dangerous. Maybe its time to use some TNT?

Lego Minecraft The Farm set (#21114) has 262 bricks.

Its a very cool set where you can harvest pumpkin, wheat, sugar cane and carrots. You can also take care of your cow and sheep. There's also a crafting table. Beware! A skeleton is lurking near.

So far they are lots of fun, well though of and following the actual video game as closely as possible. Isaac is building The Cave while I am building The Farm. Great father and son playtime.

Mattel's WWE

Here's our set up for when we play.

We do own a Mattel ring but that Jakks Pacific ring is bigger. Isaac prefers this one. We use the iPad at the TitanTron (or whatever it is called now). Behind all of our wrestlers are placed in a specific ways.

First there's our champions, then the faces and heels of the current rooster, the tag team division, the legends and finally the ones who don't wrestle anymore. That way we can quickly find which action figure we need.

So far we own 59 of them. Our collection is growing fast and there are tons more we still want. Not bad for something we started in mid-2014.

Christmas 2014 : PS Vita

Last but not least… I got Isaac these three PS Vita games from the UK. Invizimals the Alliance was released here only in digital form and we wanted the cartridge. Invizimals The Resistance is not even out in North America. As for Minecraft, we already own it but we wanted the catridge as a collector's item.

And it a great Christmas, lots of toys, fun and food. Isaac was happy… and so was I.

Christmas 2014 : Mattel WWE's The Rockers

Also got the Mattel WWE True Legends Elite pack of The Rockers. Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty, one of the best tag team of the 1980s.

They look great! They also come with removable t-shirts. Cool to own another tag team.
