There was lots of cool things to see.

Make-up artists, comic book artists, indy game developers, toys sellers, clothes, Star Wars 501 Legion, Ghostbusters and others.

Now a tradition for us. We attended the event on Sunday. Isaac was dressed as Jason, while my girlfriend's daughter was Hatsune Miku.

PS4

We got the PS4!

Destiny bundle limited edition. We love it. Graphically the PS4 is a huge step above the PS3. There are some great games. Isaac and I can't stop playing.

Ratatouille

Found this cool set of figurines from the Pixar Ratatouille film. We love Pixar.

After years, we finally found Mumm-Ra!

The undead sorcerer harnessing unimaginable power and is described as the living embodiment of evil. Is a great classic figure from LJN.

Extra Life 2014

I am proud to announce that we participated for 19 hours straight! From 8 in the morning Saturday to 3 in the morning on Sunday. Beware! It is not over!

Lots of teams are doing their 24 hours in two parts, so during the night Isaac and myself decided to take a well deserved break for some time to rest and to be back in full force this morning. Lets not forget that the goal of Extra Life is to get money for sick kids while having fun.

We are officially back this morning. We need 5 more hours to complete our 24 hours goal. We started back at 7 in the morning today, so we need to make it up to 12.

Knowing my Isaac, we will surely go into "overtime" today up until bedtime. So in total we will have participate well OVER our 24 hours goal.

So far we've reached 67% of our goal!
Keep it up, we are almost there.

Mattel's WWE Akeem

I found this ultra cool action figure of Akeem. This was released by Mattel a few years ago. It came with all of his accessories, which are not in the photo. Its a HUGE figure and another bad guy in our collection.

Ben 10

Its been awhile but Isaac wanted to play with his HUGE collection of Ben 10 figures. I also took out the very cool TMNT New York playset.

More aliens invaded Earth. Only Ben 10 could save us…

Cool stuff!

My brother went to our parents' place and found these in the basement.

Mumm-ra's helmet, wrestler Savio Vega, many Secret Wars shields, Super Powers weapons, the dad from Kenner's Treehouse playset, one M.U.S.C.L.E and more. Very cool!

WWE 2K14

We also got WWE 2K14 on PS3.

Its a cool game and one that will "feed us" until the next one coming out in November. There are tons of wrestlers, lots of arena, story lines such as WrestleMania, Undertaker's streak and more.

Isaac and I had two amazing one on one matches. He was The Rock while I was Stone Cold. It was mayhem. We laughed, screamed and had a blast!

Skylanders Giants

We finally got Skylanders Giants on PS3.

This was the only Skylanders game we were missing on PS3, we do own it on 3DS but it is not the same game story wise. Now we are ready for the next one… Skylanders Trap Team.

Lego R2-D2

Finally some more time to built our Lego Star Wars R2-D2 set.

Its really starting to look like our favourite droid. So far the details are great. Love the "interior". Can't wait to complete it.

Skylanders Swap Force

We got the third Skylanders video game, Swap Force, on sale. Its a cool game for the PS3 with some very beautiful and detailed new figures. Isaac completed it all within the weekend.

Mattel's WWE Chris Jericho

Yeah! Got this very cool action figure of one of Isaac's favourite wrestler, Chris Jericho.

Its another simple basic figure but it looks great. There are some nice small details like Jericho's tattoo on his hand and it does look like him. Isaac loves it!

Mattel's WWE Rey Mysterio

I found some Mattel WWE action figures online, the first one I gave to Isaac was Rey Mysterio.

Its a cool yet simple figure of the high flyer that is not in the WWE anymore but Isaac don't care, for him Rey is still in WWE… at least in his version of the WWE.

Eight years ago on a friday the 13th… the most amazing day of my life, the birth of my son Isaac.

This little human being changed everything. He gave me a purpose, hope, passion and love. I am so grateful for all that we have built together. Our bound is stronger than all.

Friday the 13th vs The Walking Dead

But as soon as Jason was taken out of his packaging… zombies from The Walking Dead attacked him!

Thankfully, Jason had his trusty and sharp axe… and took care of these walkers.

This is the ultimate Jason Voorhees action figure!

You can change his head (mask). There are so many weapons to choose from its a insane. There is also a stand to place Jason.

Revoltech's Friday the 13th

My loving and amazing girlfriend gave me this as a surprise gift. While we were at the last ToyCon, I saw a seller having this. I looked at it and really want it but I wanted to look around to see what was also for sale. Once we had, I went back to get this Revoltech's Friday the 13th figure but the seller told me it was already sold.

Sad I was…

But what I didn't knew was that it was my girlfriend who bought it for me. She gave it to me a couple weeks later since she was afraid I was going to get it online… in time before my birthday.

Revoltech's Friday the 13th super poseable action figure of Jason Voorhees is perfect.

Even the packaging is perfect.

The actual figure is 5 inches tall. It has over 20 points of articulations. It is highly detailed with great paint and loads of awesome accessories.

Kaiyodo is a Japanese company dedicated to figurines and garage kits. Their line, Revoltech is a portmanteau for "Revolver Technology," in reference to the unique "Revolver Joint" articulation which all of the figures in this particular series utilize. This gives the figures a wide range of motion and stability, allowing for many dynamic and varied poses.

The Revolver Joint is composed of three pieces, two half spheres whose flat sections provide the friction surface for the articulation, and a cross section pin that locks the whole assembly into place. Both half-spheres have round cylindrical pegs used to connect the different body parts of any given figure.

Lego R2-D2

We started with the first few bags…

Its slowly starting to look like R2-D2.

Isaac got this amazing Lego R2-D2 (#10225) set at his seventh birthday but we never got the chance to take the time and built it… now we did.

2127 Lego bricks. It has a retractable third leg while the front panels open to reveal a universal computer interface arm and circular saw. It also has a rotating head and even a R2-D2 minifigure!

Time to build…

Mattel's WWE Bret "Hitman" Hart

I was lucky to find this Mattel's WWE Bret "Hitman" Hart Elite action figure. Its a great looking figure that comes with the WWF (at the time) belt and sunglasses. Its an Elite version so it is fully articulated, the details and paint is great. Love it!

Flea Market Hunting : Aliens

Indeed… we found another Gorilla Alien from the Kenner Aliens collection. I think this is our fourth or fifth. Our army of Aliens is sure growing up fast! Soon they shall take over the world…

Flea Market Hunting : The Real Ghostbusters

Yes! We finally found him… one of the last of The Real Ghostbusters action figures that we were missing. This is the Quasimodo Monster released by Kenner in the late 1980s.

Its in great condition. Spread the arms to break his chains and he also opens his mouth. A cool figure.

Much to our surprise, we found a WWE Rumbler… Sheamus!

Flea Market Hunting : Marvel Super Hero Squad

Last but not least we got this Marvel Super Hero Squad mini figure of Tigra! Its a cool looking figure but sadly we don't know much about her.
