Here is our Kenner Predator action figures collection as of now.

Its small but Isaac is very proud of it. We sure hope to find more as some amazingly cool figures were created by Kenner in the mid 1990s.

Aliens, Predators vs. Terminator

It had to happen…

Aliens meets Predators meets Terminator.

The action figures battle that could destroy the universe.

Ripley and her friends planned what could be one last battle against the Aliens invasion. What the humans didn't know what that the Predators were on the hunt to kill the Aliens themselves.

Thankfully a robot from the future, The Terminator, came in to help the humans… but would it be enough to save humanity and our universe?

ToyCon : Robocop

While we still can't find a complete Robocop action figure (with helmet), we we lucky enough to find his car, the Robo-1. Its a very cool vehicle made by Kenner in the late 1980s.

We hope to find more like the bad guys, the Robo-Cycle, ED-260 and Robocop himself.

ToyCon : Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

One of the coolest figure we got was this original TMNT Krang!

This alien brain was the true villain of the original animated series, something that was changed in the updated version. Its a simple yet very cool unique figure.

ToyCon : Ben 10

We got one of Isaac's favourite Ben 10 monster from the animated TV series, Armodrillo.

Armodrillo has a yellow-armored body and looks much like a robot. His head is similar to a Greek Corinthian helmet with two ears on it giving him the appearance of an armadillo. Armodrillo has a gray tail and jackhammer parts on his elbows, wrists and hands, creating the impression that Armodrillo is a digging robot. Despite the mechanical appearance, all of these aspects are in fact biological and natural to his race.

ToyCon : Power Lords

One of my most wanted action figure as a kid is finally mine… Power Lords.

Designed by Wayne Barlowe, Revell released in 1983 the Power Lords collection. This was a cool line of action figures but one that I never got back in the days simply because we couldn't find them around here.

Adam Power is an earthling, given the cosmic Power Jewel to protect the galaxy from the evil dictator, Arkus. Arkus is a nigh invincible foe, determined to take the Power Jewel as well as Volcan Rock, Adam Power’s secret stronghold, in his quest to conquer the galaxy.

Two heroes join Adam Power in the war against Arkus. They are Shaya, the Queen of Power and Sydot the Supreme.

But evil Arkus also has helpers…

ToyCon : Mr.T

One of my favourite action figure as a kid was this A-Team action figure of Mr.T as B.A. Baracus. Released by Galoob in 1983, this is a great action figure. Now we need to find the 12" version.

ToyCon : Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

We also got the original Bebop from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Its a cool figure and one of the essential bad guys from the original series. Playmates released it in 1990. Sadly it was missing his accessories but we got it for next to nothing.

ToyCon : Terminator

We finally got a Terminator 2 action figure from Kenner. This is the Battle Damage Terminator. Its a simple yet very cool action figure. His front torso blows off to reveal the hidden cyborg skeleton underneath! It also comes with a shotgun.

It was released in 1991. Isaac loves it. We sure hope to find more of them soon.

ToyCon : Predator

We also got the Lasershot Predator. Released in 1995 by Kenner. This is a very cool Predator. He makes sounds while firing. He also comes with a helmet and weapon.

Isaac really wanted some new Predator action figures. We got the Nightstorm Predator. Released in 1994 by Kenner, this one comes with a mask, a weapon and a twin turbo blaster! Very cool!

ToyCon : Alien

Last June we attended the annual Montreal ToyCon.

There was so many great action figures available we where going crazy. But we had to limit ourselves to a budget. We still got some great stuff.

First was the just release Funko ReAction Alien figure. This is one we've been waiting for and we love it. The details are great and it really has the look and feel of those late 1970s action figure.

RAW is ISAAC

Isaac recently got into wrestling. One of the things he really wanted was a championship belt!

Fisher Price's Imaginext + Playskool's Marvel

One of Isaac's very first collection was Fisher Price's Imaginext. Six years later we still love and collect them. Last afternoon we had lots of fun with all of our Imaginext and Playskool's Marvel!

The evil Mummy lord took over the Ninja castle. He ruled over the land. But the team of DC and Marvel baddies wanted to take the castle for themselves. But they didn't know that the good guys from both sides also joined force.

Flea Market Hunting : Lego

We got two amazing Lego set at the flea market, here's the first one. The Lego Dino Attack Urban Avenger Vs. Raptor set (#7474). Released in 2005, this set has 87 bricks including a minifigure and a very cool Raptor.

Its a simple set but the raptor dino is so well made its amazing.

We got a Marvel Super Heroes Squad Frost Giant! Its a cool little figure that originally came in a three pack with Thor and Sif.

Flea Market Hunting : Ben 10

Another trip to the flea market, another Ben 10. This time its Ben 10 HyperAlien Ultimate Swampfire!

Ultimate Swampfire stands at 7 inches tall. Its a big action figure. Ultimate Swampfire has the appearance of a humanoid tree instead of a walking plant like Swampfire.

We got the awesome Terror Trash Ghost Haunted Human!

Back in the days, my younger brother used to collect the Real Ghostbusters from Kenner. This was one of our favourite back then. Still very cool idea for a figure.

We spend the rest of the day shopping and going to the cinema to see X-Men Days of Future Past, which we enjoyed a lot.

Becoming a Lego Master Builder!

At our local Lego store, there was an event for kids to built a giant size Yoda and becoming a Lego Master builder!

Once we got there, over half of that giant Yoda was already built! We helped them. The kids were proud and now Lego Masters builders!

Lego Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

A few weeks ago we got a huge batch of Lego TMNT sets. We featured them all here except one… until now. Here's the Baxter Robot Rampage (#79105) set.

It features 397 bricks and four minifigures (Donatello, Raphael, April, Baxter and a mouse robot). The robot is big and well made. It has shooting capture claw with reel function, 3 laser-flick missiles and opening cockpit in which Baxter can control the robot. There is also a glider, go-kart and skateboard.

Overall a cool set!

Isaac the Artist

Drawing is a form of visual art that makes use of any number of drawing instruments to mark a two-dimensional medium. Instruments used include graphite pencils, pen and ink, inked brushes, wax color pencils, crayons, charcoal, chalk, pastels, various kinds of erasers, markers, styluses, and various metals (such as silverpoint).

As a kid I've always loved the draw… now my son Isaac draws pretty much everyday. I though it would be cool to feature some of his drawings here from time to time.

RAW is ISAAC!

Last night Isaac attended his very first WWE live event. It was Monday Night Raw and we had lots of fun. Isaac cheered, screamed and laughed. He totally loved it!

Hopefully another PPV will soon be happening here.

Lego The Simpsons House

Bart’s room features a bed, night lamp, desk with pin board, chair, Krusty the Clown poster, skateboard, shelves with books, radio and a cap. Marge and Homer’s bedroom features a bed, 2 side tables, Maggie’s crib and Marge’s bag.

Lisa’s room features a vanity mirror with hairbrush, stool, bed, table with lamp and cup, shelves with books, magnifying glass, backpack and a jazz poster on the wall. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror.

The family car has space for 4 minifigures features a dent in the front and an opening trunk to store Homer’s suitcase and a ‘radioactive’ bar from the nuclear power plant. You can remove the roof and top floor to access the different rooms inside.

Lego The Simpsons House

This Lego set is huge. Surprisingly its very close to the actual house in the animated TV series. Each characters get their own room. There's the kitchen, living room, bathroom, garage.

The first floor includes yellow and light-blue tiled floor, sink, oven and stove, drawers, cups, pot, pan, bowl, mixer, plates, cake tins, cutlery, dining table and 4 chairs. The living room features TV playing Itchy and Scratchy, couch, boat painting, telephone, carpet, purple piano and staircase to the second floor with family photos.

The detachable garage features the family car, tools, workbench, tool rack, vacuum cleaner, toolbox and a broom.
